Team Optimalisation: Potential – Positive – People – Performance

Last week, I facilitated a session ‘Team Optimalisation’ for the team of IDEA (International Development Education & Advocacy) in Northern-Ghana.

In team guidance, I focus on 4 P’s: Potential – Positive – People – Performance. The session was experienced as “Powerful”.

I enjoyed the eagerness of this team to learn and their willingness to improve themselves as starting point for societal change.

We also created a common ground for increased synergy in the mission we share: transformation of society through transforming education.
